Aaron is a senior Wills, Estates and Trust lawyer working with clients at nearly every stage of their life cycle to help them plan for their future. From the most basic to the most complex estate plan, he takes a practical approach and provides timely advice. Client estate plans will involve some combination of business succession planning, inter vivos trusts, and planning for incapacity, depending on their circumstances. Aaron’s background in business and real estate law gives him a solid understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the private business owner when working to uncover their goals and develop their business succession plan. Aaron often provides advice to executors, administrators, attorneys and trustees on how to effectively and efficiently administer estates. Further, he represent clients in matters involving capacity, guardianship, trusteeship, Powers of Attorney and Personal Directives.
Aaron is a certified mediator and is currently accepting engagements to help resolve estate disputes, trust disputes, and guardianship/trusteeship disputes.
