Rebecca is a dedicated lawyer who practices exclusively in family law matters.

Rebecca’s approach to family law prioritizes resolution over conflict. She has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and collaborative processes, and works to help clients reach outcomes that preserve dignity and minimize the emotional and financial costs of prolonged litigation. Rebecca ensures her clients understand their options at every stage by taking the time to listen, identify what matters most to her clients, and develop a strategy that aligns with their goals.

Rebecca is also an experienced litigator and has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King’s Bench, and Court of Appeal.

Rebecca’s practice includes divorce and separation, parenting and decision-making arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, cohabitation and pre/postnuptial agreements, and separation agreements. She works with a wide range of clients, from those navigating complex financial arrangements to individuals in high-conflict or emotionally difficult situations.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, reading true crime, gardening, making (very amateur) art, and spending time with her family and friends, including her black lab, Poppy.
